Nowadays even temperature may cause diseases and disharmony to our health. Headaches are one of the most common illnesses that occur to the human health. 90% of females and 70% of males suffer from them, as statistics show. But none of them expected they might be caused by the air we breathe. Even if you are nonsmoker and do not communicate with smokers and as the result do nor smell polluted air too much, even clean air may cause a headache, especially when its temperature is high. Not long ago, the researchers together with doctors found out that higher temperatures and low air pressure influence severe headaches. There is no wonder we usually feel sick during the flight or underwater activities. However, there are no direct evidences what components of hot air exactly cause such reactions. There is a version temperature and pressure may be indirect evidence of other causal factors. But it is now known for sure that the risk of severe headache increases about 7.5% for each temperature increment of 5 degrees Celsius (about 9 degrees Fahrenheit). So it is recommended to be careful and aware of that fact especially now, when thr spring began and hot summer is coming soon.
